I bought the kids this fantastic card game for Christmas, called Pick and Draw. Since there isn't much that holds the attention of my children, and this game does, I thought it was worth blogging about!
Basically each person gets a sheet of paper, a pencil and one card from each category- face, eyes, hair, nose, and mouth. After the cards are dealt out, players flip them over and draw a face using the features depicted on the cards. Its easy, there's no winner, no loser, and anybody can play. Directions included encourage children to embrace God's gift of creativity, as well as some scripture-based advice.
My kids ask to play EVERYDAY. And they will play for as long as I allow. They come up with some of the cutest/strangest/coolest faces. This is definitely one of our most used Christmas toys!
